I found the time problems in the last couple of levels the most difficult, until I developed a strategy that is. The mind is fast at complements of 100, so taking 20 from 100 is easy. Taking 25minutes from 3.10 is harder though as we are now working in base 60.
The strategy that became apparent to me was due to the options available, 25 from 3.10 will end with a 5. This saves doing the calculation and allows the split second answer required. Maths is not the answer but the strategy used to get to the answer. Hope you enjoy it, and don't give up until you finish it.
